We are Fed Ex approved to ship live animals. Live animals are shipped in marked, insulated boxes; cold or heat packs are used when needed. We reserve the right to hold a shipment if we feel conditions are unsafe.
Packages can also be held at a Fed Ex location for pick up at your request. Contact us or FedEx for locations that offer this service. If you would like the shipping fee charged directly to your FedEx account, let us know. You will have to provide us with your account information. Please note that if shipping is done on the customers account, we may apply a small packing fee to the order.
Supplies and dry goods must be ordered using the "shopping cart" feature and will be processed within 24 hours for shipping. If there is not a "Buy Now" button available for the product you wish to purchase, contact us for ordering information.
We prefer payment through PayPal. PayPal payments may be made payable to: sweetarrowreptiles@hotmail.com.
We will hold animals for pick-up, show pick-up, or for future shipping only upon receiving full payment.
We generally ship live animals Monday through Thursday. Fed Ex is our primary carrier. U.S.P.S may be used in selective situations at our discretion.
Payments received before 9:00 pm will generally allow the package to ship the following day for next day delivery. (Example; If we receive your payment Monday afternoon, the package will go out Tuesday and will be delivered Wednesday.) In some cases, we may be able to get your package out the same day we receive your payment, but normally, it will go out the next day. We will not ship any live animals until we have a confirmation date from the recipient. We do not ship into weekends. Contact us and provide us with your zip code for transit times.
Please keep in mind that when the package leaves us, it is out of our control. The transit times we give you are given to us by the carrier; they are generally very accurate.
Live, healthy arrival is guaranteed providing the package is received and signed for on the first delivery attempt. Any problems must be reported to Sweet Arrow Reptiles immediately upon receiving your package. In the event of a problem resulting from carrier error, WE WILL correct the problem with credit or a replacement.
